I present today a wonderful Art Deco, 10K gold on sterling silver filigree and carved pink Peking glass link bracelet from Krementz!
This gorgeous bracelet is comprised of 10K yellow gold on sterling silver. It features rectangular filigree links that are exquisitely engraved with decorative details around the borders. Three round links of carved pink Peking glass alternate between the filigree links. The glass links have a marbled pink and white coloration and have been superbly carved with lotus flowers and other decorative details. The bezels surrounding the glass links, and even the connectors in the bracelet are all beautifully engraved. It's simply exquisite!
The bracelet measures about 7 1/4 inches long, 1/2 inch wide and weighs 6.5 grams. It is signed "Krementz" on the back of one of the rectangular links. It closes with an old style, thumbless spring ring clasp. The metal tested as sterling silver and 10K yellow gold on a Tri Electronics gold and silver tester. The glass links tested as glass on a Presidium gem tester.
This bracelet is so finely detailed and it's absolutely beautiful! The filigree and the open carving of the Peking glass give it such a delicate and feminine appearance. It's in exceptional vintage (almost antique) condition, with a beautiful shiny gold finish! The only thing I could detect at all is some minor tarnish on the end link with the loop. It's a magnificent piece that would make a fabulous addition to your vintage jewelry collection!
