Vintage Friedrich Binder Sterling Silver Modernist Link Chain Bracelet - 7 1/4 Inches - Mid Century - Germany #d300

Regular price $54.00
This wonderful chain bracelet was created by the Friedrich Binder Co. of Germany. The company was founded by accomplished chain maker, Friedrich Binder, in March 1910 in Mönsheim, Germany. The company specialized in handcrafted chains through circa the 1960s and continues in business today.

The bracelet is comprised of fine sterling silver. It features a unique series of three-dimensional links that are folded over and fit inside one another similar to a hinge. This distinctive design gives the bracelet great visual interest and a substantial presence on the wrist. The bracelet closes with a spring ring style clasp. It's beautiful and quite extraordinary!

The bracelet measures about 7 1/4 inches long, 3mm wide and weighs 2.4 grams. It is signed "FBM" for Friedrich Binder and "925" on its attached ring and also "Sterling" on the side of the clasp.

This bracelet has a fabulous design and is so unique! It looks beautiful worn alone, but would also add texture and interest when layered with other silver chains on the arm. It's a substantial, high-quality silver bracelet and it's in excellent vintage condition. It's ready to wear or to gift!
