Vintage Shubes Southwestern Sterling Silver & Red Crystal Necklace, 3-Strand, Gold Vermeil, Teardrop Briolette, Liquid Silver, Lovely! #b890
I present today this lovely vintage liquid silver and red crystal necklace from Shubes!

This beautiful Shube's necklace features three graduated strands of liquid silver with a gold vermeil finish. Faceted deep red crystal briolettes have been arranged on the strands in stations creating a gorgeous gold and red cascade. The strands terminate in the back of the necklace at two sterling vermeil cones. The necklace closes with a lobster claw clasp with an extender chain. It's a glorious red beauty!

The shortest strand of the necklace measures about 16 1/2 inches and the longest is approximately 20 inches in length. The extender chain measures 2 inches long and can increase the necklace length to 18 1/2 inches (shortest strand) and 22 inches (longest strand). The necklace is hallmarked "Sterling" on both of the end cones and "925" on the attached tag. The tag also bears the Shube's maker's mark of a superimposed "Sb". The necklace weighs 12.3 grams.

The faceted red crystals combined with the liquid gold in this necklace is simply stunning! It's a versatile piece that could be easily dressed up or down. It has a wonderfully unique style for a Southwestern piece that is quite appealing. The necklace is in excellent vintage condition and ready to wear!
